Modern notebook computers and cell phones also let you keep in touch with friends and family in a way which was never possible only a few short years ago.

This will give you real world experience which you can then use in making the final choice as to what to buy. As with buying a regular home, there is often something you cannot quite define which makes one model feel more comfortable and suitable than another.
